During the summer months (June-July-August-September) our one bedroom apartment (in the same building as our studio apartments) will be for rent as well! This one bedroom apartment comes with its own patio and dining table

Located in the center of Playa del Carmen we offer a gay-owned, adult-only (18+), openminded and intimate stay with a focus on the LGBTQ-community, a place where you can be who you want to be.

With a small amount of studios and pool and placed in the greenest area of town, LOTE4 is a place to relax when you need it but with the liveliness just around the corner.

We have 2 studios directly on the pool terrace (common area) and 1 studio at the ground floor with a private patio/garden. We also live in the same building with our dog POP.

We have 3 fully equipped (non smoking) studio apartments and a one bedroom apartment for rent. All studio’s have their own private bathroom, kitchen, tv, great wifi and kingsize bed. Besides that there is a big terrace (smoking allowed) with pool, big dining/worktable and areas to sit and relax. All areas have excellent wifi. The one bedroom apartment is ours and is only for rent while we are out of town. It comes with a big patio (smoking allowed), a big kitchen, Livingroom, walk-in closet, bathroom and a separate bedroom.
