Room in "clothing optional" hotel in Aldea Zama, Tulum

It's not my first time and it's always different, on this occasion I found a great host who made me feel at home

Charming place, I had a very short stay but it was very pleasant. Gustavo is available to answer any questions. It was quiet the night I was there but I hope to come back!

Loba is centrally and quietly located in the new neighborhood of Aldea Zamá. There are nice restaurants and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are furnished as shown in the photos, air-conditioned, and clean. Gustavo was very warm, helpful, and had great tips for all kinds of activities. The international mix of guests is remarkable. It was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Gustavo wasn't able to be there when we arrived but he sent us very detailed and thoughtful instructions so we had no problem. He was also so quick to respond to any questions before and during our trip and gave us great advice for planning how to get to and from town and the airport. The hotel is beautiful and quiet, the perfect retreat. We loved tanning on the rooftop alongside the pools, although sadly they are not heated so they were not really appealing to use at night when it was chilly. The breakfast of fresh fruit and wonderful coffee or espresso drinks to order was amazing. And the party on Sunday night was a blast -- the speciality shots were VERY fun! We can't wait to come back. One last recommendation is to rent bikes and use them to get around. It was relatively easy to visit the ruins and beaches and avoid paying the high taxi prices.

Great place for a chill time or a hot time. Gustavo is amazing and communicative. I walk a lot and this place is the center between downtown Tulum and the beach clubs. Plenty of transport choices and good hikes in the wall to grab breakfast. Will be back soon

Everything was perfect, Gustavo welcomed us very well and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. The room was spacious and the hotel very well decorated. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and breakfast bars.

5-stars. You've got to stay at Loba. It's a slice of heaven in the jungle and Gustavo is a phenomenal host. The rooms are luxuriously appointed and the bathrooms are great. The common areas are fun, enjoyable, and a great way to meet some of the other guests. Gustavo really goes out of his way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience and he has lots of recommendations for where to eat, what to do and where to get bikes. It's a short walk or bike ride to Tulum town and only about 20-25 minutes to bike to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.
