I had a great time staying in Oakland. They were very communicative, flexible, helpful, and friendly--they gave me tips for the area, offered food, helped me fix my bag, etc. I was able to grab a bus to Lake Merritt and the closest Bart Stations without any issue. Highly recommend staying with them if you are in the area.

Couldn't make it out but these guys were great communicators and were very helpful in helping me get a package back. Hope I get to meet them in the future!
