We live on the ground floor, the apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house ! Individual entrance, garden to enjoy the beauty of Brazilian nature. Well located, 1.5km from the city center.

Master bedroom: 25m2, can accommodate up to 3 people. New and quality bedding, King Size bed (2m x 1.90m) plus single bed (1.90m x 0.90m). Ceiling fan, small private balcony on the rear garden side. Dressing room and bathroom, shower and bath with hydromassage.

Double Room: 15m2, can accommodate up to 2 people. New and quality bedding, Queen Size bed (2m x 1.60m) Ceiling fan, large bright windows on the front garden side. Adjacent bathroom, with shower.

Mezzanine bedroom: 10m2, single bed (1.90mx 0.60m) can accommodate one person, located on the mezzanine, above the living room, ideal for a teenager!

Our colonial style house is surrounded by a tropical garden which abounds with Philodendrons ("Monstera deliciosa") and other exotic plants. Located by the river, in a quiet and residential area, the upper floor of the house is an entire apartment that we make available to our guests, we live on the ground floor of the house. The upper floor has a private entrance and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a mezzanine with a single bed. the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in total. The natural wood ceilings are high, the rooms are ventilated and cool. The bedding is new, the rooms have been recently renovated.

Our guests have at their disposal an open space comprising lounge with television (international channels), a semi-equipped kitchen (dishes provided, to be agreed), wi-fi and air conditioning. Opposite the living room, the veranda overlooks the garden with a stone deck and a brazero for grilling a skewer of Brazilian (!) beef, or sipping a caiperinha at the corner of a campfire, in the evening under the moonlight. An uncovered garage is available for one car.
