I offer you a 23 m2 apartment in a quiet, wooded residence. The apartment has been refurbished and is very well equipped for vacations: wooden deckchairs, parasol, towel rack, outdoor blind. It's south-facing, with panoramic sea views, private terraces and garden levels, a solarium by the pool, ample free parking, and the sandy beach just 300 m away. Wifi is also included in the rental price. The terrace is 10 m2 and the garden level 20 m2. Sainte-Maxime town center is 5 minutes away by car, and Les Issambres town center is 5 minutes away by car. (Shuttle buses are available at the entrance to the residence if you don't want to take the car.) The residence is gated and secure. The residence is located on the slopes of La Nartelle, opposite one of Sainte-Maxime's most beautiful beaches, "la plage de la Nartelle". It's a really quiet, restful spot, away from the road and the crowds.

To see together: arrival with a key safe, for the noise being in a calm residence it will be necessary to pay attention the evening not to make too much noise for the other residences when you are in the rez of garden. The view of this studio is simply splendid! You can easily feel isolated even though there are neighbors. Laurent really thought of everything for the welcome by sending us very comprehensive emails about both the apartment and the must-see places in the region. The residence is very clean, pleasant and well located! In short, delighted with this week spent in Ste Maxime! P.S. having made comparisons with other apartments in the same residence, the value for money is excellent!!
