Lovely 40m2 T2 for weekly rental on the ground floor of a villa renovated in 2023 with sea view, in a quiet location with secure parking and all air-conditioned. One bedroom with a 160X200 bed and a 140X190 sofa bed in the living room. Located between Cannes and St Tropez, close to beaches and the naturist beach of Les Esclamandes, access to the house's naturist pool, restaurants, St Raphaël TGV station, fully-equipped kitchen, multi-function oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and towel.
