Small single room in small shared house with private parking, 1 minute from St André train station, itself 20 minutes from Lyon Part Dieu train station.
The house has a shower room, a living room with table football. There is also a washing machine and a TV.
In summer, a swimming pool will welcome you in the small garden where you can pick, depending on the season, some strawberries, raspberries, cherry tomatoes, figs, mirabelle plums ...
I will be in the house during your whole stay, as well as a little labrador who is not aggressive, but very playful!
No dinner, but pizzeria at 20m, bakery at 40m, and convenience store at 800m. However, breakfast is offered!
