'6 Raspail' is an old fisherman's cottage, which has been recently renovated with stone floors and bespoke furnishings. It is a stone's throw from the beach on a quiet cobbled street in the medieval part of Mèze - a charming little town in the south of France, situated next to a beautiful lagoon.

We renovated the whole house in 2019, adding a 12 sqm roof terrace with a unique 360-degree view over the lagoon with its typical oyster farms, the surrounding coastal villages and the roofs of Mèze.

On the second floor you will find a cosy bedroom with a comfortable four-poster bed (160 cm) and lots of space for your luggage and clothing. Linger in the exquisite en suite bathroom with an art deco washbasin from the 1900s, a huge mirror and a rain shower with typical Moroccan Zellige tiles.

Relax in the stylish surroundings of the 1950s is the vibe of the 20 sqm living room on the first floor: The seating area is as chic as it is comfortable, with a carefully chosen leather sofa, two snug armchairs, handmade pottery and paintings as well as atmospheric lighting. For those who need to work during their holidays, there's also an antique desk with a comfortable chair.

The ground floor is designed to live up to the high Southern French standards when it comes to sociability and exquisite food - with a large fridge, a well appointed and convenient kitchen and a spacious dining area that sits four people. You will also find a tiny second bathroom with a washing machine.

All that said, this little house is the perfect romantic getaway for two!
