The room/bathroom/kitchenette are clean, and you have all the basic needs for a couple of days stay (towels, espresso machine, small fridge etc). The host is very welcoming, and we managed to communicate very well despite the language barrier. The location is not close to the city center, but you have bus towards there, 2 euro, very often (the total road takes 15 to 30-35 minutes), and even during night, so you can easily go out and return at any time. For my one night stay it was perfect. Also you will pay to the host a 3 euro city tax fee. I recommend this location.
