The Studio allows for no visitors only the registered guest(s) may have occupancy to the space, parking is for only one vehicle. Private Access to the unit is only through the East Side Door.

The apartment home is for the stated amount of registered guests, ******** members are required to give full names and ages of all guests on the reservation, with copy of identification. There is no outside guests allowed onto the premises without the expressed permission from the host, under any circumstance for the entire time of the reservation.

There is no smoking in or around or about the property. Cleaning service may be implemented daily, for my guests that stay week to week, a walk through of the interior by the host or his representative is done weekly to insure safety and any questions or concerns needing to be addressed.

Guest are required to empty garbage's daily into outside receptacles, as well as, keeping sinks free from food laden dishes that in Florida attract ants, bugs, mold, odors and smells. All Spaces inside and out are non smoking, and the guest agrees to a strict fee of the amount of the ******** in violation of smoking in or outside the areas.
