Comfortable and private guest room with a queen size bed, desk, couch, TV, attached bathroom and more, located all by itself on the first floor of a 3 story downtown townhome. Enjoy the privacy of staying on your own floor, coming and going as you please using keypad locks and your own personal pass-code while at the same time sharing all the comforts of home including a kitchen, living/dining area, covered parking, laundry and a rooftop terrace with a downtown view of the Dallas skyline.
For parties of 3 or 4 guests, we also have another listing for a second guest room located up on the third floor.

The townhouse is conveniently located downtown directly across from the Dallas Farmers Market with easy access to the Business District, Deep Ellum, the Arts District, West End, Convention Center and the DART.
You can literally walk to just about anything you need. Restaurants, bars, live music venues, shopping, public transportation, etc... In addition, the location is just a few blocks from both the central expressway and I-30 allowing easy access to the rest of Dallas if needed.

We will be present in the home during your stay but on a separate floor. While you are here you are family. You can come and go as you please and you are welcome to access common areas including the kitchen and rooftop deck.
No smoking indoors. We have a walk out balcony on the second floor and a rooftop deck where you are free to smoke.
Only the number of persons on the reservation (maximum of 3) are allowed in our home without prior approval. The person that books the reservation is the person responsible for all guests included in that reservation. No parties allowed. This is not a space to host special events or parties.
