Parking card for the district included! Mostly there is very good parking in front of the house or nearby. Entire apartment with private access - no shared areas 15 minutes by streetcar from the Old Town (City Hall, Parliament, Ringstraße) (2.5 km). Very good transport connections.

The apartment used to be a mother-of-pearl button factory, has its own quiet garden and is fully equipped for long-term guests and business trips. The house is located in a side street. The bedroom faces the garden. The many pubs at Brunnenmarkt are within walking distance. A yoga mat is available in the apartment for free use. City tax included.

In 5 minutes walking distance are many supermarkets, pharmacies, theaters, post office, children's playgrounds and a mini market at a gas station. Brunnenmarkt, Kulisse, Metropol, Cafe Hübler, Pizzeria Sofie. A very nice bar is just a few blocks away - extremely colorful crowd: "Bei mir". Have picnic basket filled at "Manameierei", and enjoy in the Vienna Woods. 15 minutes by streetcar from the city hall (2,5km) Perfect connection to the public transport network. About 50-100 meters away are stations of streetcar line 2, 9, 43, 44 and bus 10A.

The U6 subway is 9 minutes from here, and you can get there directly by streetcar line 2.

As the public transport network is very well developed, you can get around Vienna very well by public transport, and many routes are better reached by streetcar or bus than by U Bahn, especially to discover much of Vienna.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment - smoking is allowed only in your own garden. Should be smoked in the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of 300 euros will be charged. I have furnished the apartment with great attention to detail, please be careful in handling it. Parties are not allowed. Please do not use candles or open fire in the apartment. There are no special arrangements for babies other than a travel crib, bedding and children's dishes. The maximum occupancy is 3 people, counting one baby. The cost per baby is 8 euros per night. One pet is allowed by arrangement Dogs are to be announced before the stay - cost per night 5 euros.
