The apartment is located in the city center near the hyper center and it is close to the communication axes (Sncf and road stations 2 steps away, motorway). Parking is nearby. Parking is free on weekdays from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The avenue is dynamic without being noisy during the day. It is peaceful in the evening.
