In a Bohemian-Loft spirit, our duplex apartment with terrace can accommodate you for a night or a few days in a neighborhood on the banks of the Loire close to downtown.
The apartment has 2 attic bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed ********, the other with a large single bed ********.
The common areas (living room-kitchen-dining room) are grouped together in one large, bright and convivial room, with a beautiful view of the Loire hills on one side.
The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine.
We have a lovely terrace where you can soak up the sun in summer.
We have 2 bikes for teenagers/adults (in our garage) that we can rent to you if you don't want to bring your own.
*WARNING, this is a private home and we rent it out when we are away on vacation.
**WARNING, a cat also lives here. She mainly lives outside in summer.
