Please note! The property is guarded by 1 large dog. - Non-smoking apartment, ashtrays available in the garden. - Possibility of accommodating an extra guest on request. (=> Installation of an additional 110 cm bed. Supplement for 4th traveler 10€/night) - Fenced property, automatic gate, remote control available. - Heated swimming pool (28 / 30 degrees, May - September). Open until 8 p.m. (or longer on request). Armchairs, relax, French fries, ball... Travelers have priority over use of the pool (with a few exceptions, owners do not use the pool in the presence of travelers, but it may be shared with travelers renting the room). - Barbecue (on windless days!). - Shaded parking in front of accommodation. - Summer kitchen: gas stove, fridge, microwave oven, barbecue, Nespresso, crockery, pots and pans... (The summer kitchen can be shared with travelers who rent the private room).
