I'd be delighted to welcome you to my home and rent out my bedroom (when I have guests, I sleep in the living room alcove).

The 70m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building surrounded by houses: this means no (or very little) overlooking and superb views of the 3 massifs that surround Grenoble. View of the Vercors on the living room side, and views of Belledonne and the Chartreuse on the kitchen and bedroom sides.

As for me, I'll be delighted to show you around the city if I'm available during your stay. Bar, restaurant, meals together, walks, hikes, board games...

The apartment is a 15-minute bike ride from the train station and the city center (very easy to get to with large bike paths), and I have a bike garage. If you come by car, parking is free and there's always room on my street. For public transport, the E streetcar runs nearby and the C5 bus is just down the road.

I had a good night at Ludovic's place. He is a welcoming host and a person I connected with right away. We had great conversations in a spirit of sharing and conviviality that reflects the platform's philosophy. His apartment is pleasant to live in, easy to access and ideally located near the city center. I recommend without hesitation.

I had a nice stay at Ludo's. Unfortunately, we were both exhausted from our day so we didn't interact much. The room is nice and has a great view on the mountains, and the flat is close to public transport or you can even walk all the way to the city center.

The room was very comfortable and the accommodation is very well located (with a magnificent view!). Ludo is a friendly and accommodating host who loves sharing his advice. It was pleasant to stay with him and his two cats during my first stay in Grenoble.

Ludo is a great host and I am glad to have stayed with him and his cats. He is responsive and engaging. The flat is homey, and is located in a nice tranquil neighbourhood with great transport connection. Would recommend it!
