The apartment is fully furnished, but lacks decoration on the walls.

Separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk, bookcase, ceiling fan.

Shared living room, bathroom and WC.

Very bright apartment. Smoking only outside, on the balcony. The balcony, equipped with canisses and small tables and chairs, offers the possibility of eating there in mild weather, without vis-à-vis, and therefore possibly in naturist mode without fear.

Dinner prepared by me: €15

I also offer relaxing naturist massages (non-therapeutic), on a massage table. 20€ for 45 minutes.

Free use of an exercise bike.

Fourth floor out of six. Elevator, but on half floors, so not accessible for PRM.🥲

Quiet, right on the edge of downtown, cinemas and restaurants a stone's throw away, streetcars (not named Désir, but B, C, E😉) and buses...

LGBTQIA+ venues not too far away, mėme on foot...

Just across the street is Grenoble's "LGBT+ center". No Q, just discussions, preparations for pride and other events... I take part or say hello when passing by...

On the fun side: the only gay sauna (Sun7) is a 15-minute walk away, and a more mixed one (Les Dunes) about the same. THE club to go to on a Saturday night (the George V, very genderfluid and without any age discrimination) is 20 minutes away on the outward journey, sometimes a little more on the return...

Otherwise, bars, restaurants and stores are waiting to be discovered 😉

Xavier has been an excellent host. Despite staying only one night at his place, he offered to pick me up from the station. A shame not to have had more time on my part to chat. He made sure I felt at home and indeed I did, taking care that I had everything I needed. His apartment is very well located in the city center where you can walk to everywhere or take the tram. Xavier speaks Spanish perfectly so I recommend him to all Spanish-speaking guests. I would definitely stay at his place again if I return to Grenoble.

Xavier is a very pleasant and thoughtful host. His apartment is located in a central and quiet neighborhood, very bright, in a beautiful building from the 1960s (the good old days!). We had many conversations with him. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Short stay, just one night but comfortable after a good meal shared at a restaurant he introduced me to, whose specialties were Reunionese: a delight Xavier is attentive to his guest and welcomes you like a friend. A good time to repeat next time
