All cultural and other activities happen in this area, there are may cafes, restaurants, shops, banks etc. Also, there is a couple of gay bars clubs, very close to the apartment. All main tourist attractions such as National Museum, National Opera, Republic Square etc. are located just 5 minutes away.
All best clubs, restaurants, pubs etc. are also located in this area, so it doesn't surprise why the majority of tourists stay at this area.
