This is a brand new house with a stunning lake view. You have private room and private full bath, access to community gym and swimming pool. Convenient located in Katy , easy to get to I-10 or westpark tollway. Close to Katy mill and a lot of restaurants. Super nice neighborhood with many lakes and trail. Quiet and cozy. ( I have two cute pups you must be a dog lover to book the room because my pups won’t give up any opportunity to beg for your hugs and food 😂)

Staying at Jeff's place was awesome. He is a super nice guy and has a beautiful home. The bed was very comfortable and the location is very quiet. I would definitely book a stay there again when in the Houston area.
