Right in the center of Annecy, between the train station and the lake, the old town and the castle, this 65 m2 apartment features a spacious entrance hall with cupboards.
You'll settle comfortably into the welcoming living room (2 large bay windows) with sofa, armchairs, large-screen connected TV, free WiFi, open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave and conventional stoves, multi-function fridge, induction hob).
2 bedrooms, each with eco-friendly bedding, blinds and curtains. A safe and a workspace (telecommuting).
Bathroom with walk-in shower, tumble dryer and washing machine with tumble dryer.
Separate WC.
Room fan and water fan.
Annecy has a limited traffic policy in the city center and plenty of parking; I recommend the nearest parking lots: Gare and La Poste, or Courier (shopping center). In addition to the 30 zone, Annecy offers numerous cycle paths in and out of town. Bike rentals are available in town and at the train station.
