Une entrée, avec lit superposé, avec porte fermant la communication sur la pièce principale, une salle de bain avec baignoire, 1 wc séparé, une pièce à vivre, avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée, lave vaisselle, micro-onde, four, plaque vitro, frigo, vaisselle, couverts casseroles etc . Télé écran plat, canapé lit 2 personnes, le tout donnant sur la terrasse, par une large baie vitrée, équipée d’une table et 4 chaises de jardin et de transats, soleil à partir de 13 H environ jusqu’au coucher. Un store déroulant pour protéger du soleil. Linge de lit de toilette et serviettes de tables fourni. Garage privé, fermé avec portique, wifi gratuit, ménage de départ compris.
