Indicating that my house is on a second floor of an 1850's estate may make it a bit clearer. It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation, comfortable and spacious for 2 people. It has an integrated bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm) which is a delight. The living room area has a large and comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV where you can watch Netflix or Amazon Video if you are tired of walking around Valencia. And if you want to see the life of a city like Valencia, go to the balcony to watch the life of the city. The kitchen, where you can eat without problems thanks to its peninsula, is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, basic kitchen condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others), plus detergent for washing dishes to avoid the hassle and cost of this basic purchase. Bed linen and towels are also included. Towels are only for use in the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, body milk and hand soap. High speed internet connection is provided and the apartment also has air conditioning / heating. The entrance and ascent to the apartment (second floor) is made by narrow stairs, the ones that were made at that time.
