Single room 10 minutes from Bordeaux Tram E.

First stay with this platform, a real success. Impeccable welcome, excellent meals and in excellent company, comfortable and quiet house, guided tour of the surroundings and many small thoughtful touches that I cannot list such as a cushion prepared for my dog, towels, ... Looking forward to returning for a next stay.

Hil was a very kind host. He gave me lots of tips about where to visit when I was in Bordeaux and was always available when I needed him. His place is an authentic 'échope', which is a style of property Bordeaux is famous for. He was a lovely person and great to talk to.

Hil was very kind and polite with me at all times, we had very pleasant and funny conversations and he cooks very well. It was a real pleasure to meet him, as well as Jean Marc.

HIL is a very thoughtful and attentive host who listens to his guests' needs (bottle of water, towel, ...) and does his best to welcome them well. His house is peaceful and the bed was perfect. Thank you for your welcome.

Hil is a very friendly, considerate, and attentive host! He is very accommodating (I came back very late several times). I really enjoyed our conversations and the dinner we shared with his friend JM. His house is well-located and very clean; parking is quite easy to find on the street. I recommend him and would be delighted to stay with him again on my next visit to the region.

Everything about my (too) short stay at Hill's place was far above what I expected. I arrived with very short notice and was received as if we had planned weeks in advance. The place is beautiful, the neighborhood is beautiful, and the host is beautiful. And kind. And very attentive to his guest. I had a great time.

Warm welcome from Hil. We shared an excellent homemade garbure and a very interesting conversation with him and his friend. The description matches the photos and indeed the room is through-room with your hosts but in my opinion this is not a disadvantage. Beware! Breakfast is huge☺.

Hil is a very welcoming and generous host making breakfast and dinner for me on both days I stayed with him. The bed was very comfortable and warm. It wasn't a problem for me but it is not clear in the description that the bed is in an area through which Hil needs to go to get to his bedroom. If having a private separate bedroom is important to you then you do need to be aware of this.
