Large T2 prado/Périer near stade vélodrome between beach & gay scene

Ideally located on the corner of avenue du prado and boulevard Perier, close to the freeway and the Prado/carénage tunnel. Parking spaces on avenue du Prado are subject to a daytime charge (remember to park after boulevard Perier in the direction of the stadium, as cars are impounded before the market). The city center is within walking distance or 2 metro stops away (at the foot of the building). The beaches are just a few bus stops away (15/20min). And the nudist beach is only 20/25min away by bus.

This is my home, so I like to welcome calm and careful travelers :) An inventory will be taken before and after your stay. No more than 2 people allowed in the apartment, no parties allowed, quiet residential building.
