Michael’s apartment is comfortable and in an unbeatable location, especially for exploring Boston’s historic areas on foot. It’s clean and comfortable, and Michael’s attention to messages is great. The street noise is extremely loud, including at night. Recommended for a shorter stay.

5) Our apartment is a smoke-free zone inside. This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible. Guests can only smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony, deck, or on the street as long as they respect the rules we have in place.
6) Any time guests leave the vacation rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
7) We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. If you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look for the item during the changeover and vacation rental cleaning.
8) Parents must not leave children unattended at any time. Our vacation rental insurance does not cover any guest injuries sustained inside the house.
