A Peaceful Oasis just north of Boston

Raffi was a wonderful and welcoming host. He has a beautiful home and it is immaculately clean. Our bedroom was comfortable and we had access to everything we needed. Raffi had toiletries, water, and snacks for us to enjoy. It was above and beyond what we expected. We highly recommend staying with Raffi if you are ever in the area.

Staying at Raffi's house was a great experience. He has had a very interesting life and we had some great conversations. He made me dinner one night and breakfast one morning, and had snacks available in between times. The house was completely spotless. The neighborhood is very charming. Unfortunately I needed to leave a day early, but hopefully I can return sometime and stay longer! Thanks, Raffi!

Raffi is a very gracious host and his house is absolutely spotless. I really enjoyed staying there and he made me feel very welcome. I don't get to say/write the word "immaculate" often; TBH there aren't that many opportunities to use it, not many times it matches the situation. However, immaculate may be an understatement when describing the cleanliness of Raffi's home. Everything, and I mean everything was spotless. And he was able to accomplish this without it ever feeling stuffy or overly pristine. Rather, Raffi's home was a uniquely cosy getaway from the frenetic pace of life in and around Boston. The location was perfectly situated for my travel plans, spending some time in the city and some time in the burbs visiting with friends. The bedroom is well adorned and stocked with everything you could ever need (and more). There is a large, mounted TV with streaming services, the bed was super comfortable with crisp and toasty bedding, the bed had motorized lifts for the head and feet, and the windows were dressed with remote-controlled, blackout blinds. As a host, I cannot say enough about Raffi; he has a very warm personality and a natural ease about him. He has a way of being very detail-oriented and invested in your needs throughout your stay, while simultaneously allowing you all kinds of space to do your own thing and just be. We had lots of great discussions, and I honestly felt like we were old friends. Although I didn't get to partake in his massage services this trip, Raffi is an LMT and from what I've seen and heard from him regarding his work as a massage therapist, anyone would be fortunate to get that level of papering. I highly recommend this MrBnB listing and can't wait until I can return and visit again!
