Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: Between 3 PM and 9 PM (if you’re arriving outside that window, just let us know!)
• Check-out: By 11 AM, so we have time to prepare for the next guest.
During Your Stay
• No smoking indoors, please! You’re welcome to smoke outside — just be mindful of others and dispose of things safely.
• No parties or events unless we’ve agreed ahead of time.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless discussed with us — thanks for understanding!
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Our neighbors (and we) appreciate the peace and quiet.
• Respect shared spaces and treat the home as you would your own.
Pets
• No pets. We have two dogs who want your undivided attention!
A Few More Things
• Lost key? There’s a small replacement fee — just reach out if you need help.
• Accidents happen! Please let us know right away if anything breaks or gets damaged — we totally get it and just appreciate the heads-up.
• Please take off your shoes indoors if possible — helps keep things fresh and cozy for everyone.
