The site is located at the end of a road, the area has a lot of security, privacy and silence. We have a viewpoint, small internal trails and agroforestry for reforestation and production of some foods. But Mantiqueira is a region full of surprises to explore, waterfalls, hiking, and other cities like São Bento do Sapucaí, Santo Antônio do Pinhal, São Francisco Xavier are 1 hour away. With an altitude of 915m we are in a mild and pleasant climate, with sunny and warm days but still with that little chill at night.
