I’m offering a private room in this single-story wooden lodge, ideally located about 800 m from the sea on the magnificent Pink Granite Coast. Tucked away between Trégastel and Trébeurden, in a quiet cul-de-sac, this lodge is perfect for exploring the coast’s many must-see spots.
During your stay, we’ll share the rest of the space (a bathroom with a walk-in shower [separate toilet] and a very bright living area). All rooms have direct access to a 60-square-meter panoramic terrace, facing south and overlooking a landscaped garden.
If you’d like, we can spend some time together over drinks, a meal, or breakfast. Meals are available starting at 10 euros per person. You’ll also have access to the kitchen when I’m away, and there are many restaurants nearby.
The ocean and the Customs Officers’ Trail (GR34) are within walking distance. Set amidst heathland and pine trees at the foot of the house, you’ll discover a superb 18-hole golf course. You can also enjoy many nearby activities: water sports centers, surf schools, horseback riding centers, botanical gardens and nurseries, thalassotherapy, spas, swimming pools (including a seawater pool heated to 30°C), several theaters and movie theaters... Not to mention the many fine-sand beaches, including a naturist beach about a 10-minute drive away. If you’re visiting for business, the house is located less than 10 minutes from Lannion, home to businesses and startups, a technical college (IUT), an engineering school, and local shops...
I work on-site and share the house with a very friendly cat.
