We had an amazing stay at Alexandres place... he's an excellent host who made us feel welcome and comfortable immediately. The location is perfect, one block from the beach, lots of great stores and restaurants... plus the unique rooftop location really set this place apart!

During carnival week we had the great pleasure to stay at Alexander and Luciano's place twice. They are both great hosts. Warm and welcoming and alway helpful with tips and tricks for the newbie Rio tourist. Their location cannot be better for the Ipanema gay street and gay beach. And only one block to the beach! Furthermore the sunny rooftop terrace is all you need when you just want to relax at home. Outdoor shower to cool you down! All the best recommendations from here. We would stay at their place again, should we ever return to Rio!
