Welcome to my home in Villa Crespo, one of Buenos Aires' most authentic and well-connected neighborhoods. You'll be just steps from vibrant Palermo, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars, and local shops. The B subway line is only a few blocks away, and several bus lines are nearby-getting around the city is super easy from here.

The room is private, bright, and set up for a comfortable stay. You'll have access to two bathrooms (so there's usually no waiting), as well as the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. I kindly ask that anything you use be left clean for the next person-just a bit of shared respect so we all feel at home.

I'm always available if you need anything during your stay, and happy to share local tips or help you get around. Whether you're visiting for leisure, work, or just to explore, you'll find a relaxed, safe, and welcoming space here.
