Welcome to the KANtucky Derby home where you can kick your boots off and let your hair down! We are centrally located in Derby, a cute, quiet part of town that's just a hop,skip, and a jump (20 minutes) away from downtown Wichita and only 10 minutes away from the McConnell Air Force Base. The home is newly remodeled and has a large backyard with cornhole and a barbecue so you can sit back and enjoy your day with friends and family!

Nearby Attractions

We are about fifteen minutes outside of Wichita,Kansas. They have several gay bars including my personal favorite, XY which is a very popular nightclub downtown, as well as Club Boomerang and J's Lounge! There are some excellent restaurants in the Bradley Fair Mall area, with some being a bit more upscale such as Newport Grille with a beautiful scenery to dine alongside as well as a fabulous Sunday Brunch!! If you're looking for a yummy Mexican restaurant close to the house, definitely check out La Chona and bring a BIG appetite! If you want more recommendations, feel free to message me. I'm a big foodie so I know some good spots and all the good coffee places!

-Please treat this house with the same respect you would of your own house. We put a lot of effort into making sure this space is well kept for all guests to enjoy. -Tie up all trash and put in the trash receptacle on the side of the house. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. -We do have a private storage room in the basement that is locked. Please do not attempt to open it. -If there are any issues that come up during your stay or you have any questions, feel free to call us!
