Offers an entire apartment, on the second floor of my 145 m2 house, in a quiet, residential area of Toulouse. The ideal location to enjoy Toulouse without the hustle and bustle of the city center. Metro station 8 minutes on foot, bike station 5 minutes on foot, bus stop 2 minutes on foot. The hypercenter is only 4 metro stations away (about 10mn). The train station is three stations away (8 minutes by metro - line A), and the airport is about 20 minutes away by car. The lively Croix Daurade district is 10 minutes away on foot. The 60 m2 apartment comprises a 26m2 living/dining room, a 14m2 bedroom (160cm bed), a sleeping area (90cm bed), a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchenette (hotplates, oven, fridge, microwave, etc.). Possibility of sunbathing in the garden, weather permitting. Welcome aperitif offered. Please note that pets are not allowed in my home (in the garden only if I'm there).
