The Col de Grosse Pierre is a pass in the Vosges mountains at 954m, linking La Bresse to Gerardmer. Many activities are available around the accommodation: hiking, skiing, paragliding... Motorcycling activities are numerous and varied near the pass, with a trials school and an impossible climb track at Moutier des Fées. Winter sports are also well represented, with a cross-country ski trail across the bridge over the road at the start of the descent to La Bresse.
