Cozy apartment, finely renovated, consisting of a large living space equipped with a built-in kitchen with peninsula, double bed, wardrobe, TV and a bathroom with shower. This annex is surrounded by greenery in a corner of the garden with private entrance and porch for exclusive use.

This accommodation is particularly strategic for those who travel by car with the intention of visiting the places and countryside of the marvelous Tuscany, being very close to the Autostrada del Sole (A1), to the Firenze-Mare (A11), as well as to the state roads that lead to Chianti, Siena and Mugello. Also in the street in front of the house you will always find free and free parking.

At checkout I am in charge of collecting the Tourist Tax that you can leave on the table. The amount is € 1.20 per person per day. Free after the third day.

The neighborhood is very peaceful, surrounded by greenery and quiet, especially at night. The apartment is located in a nice residential street made up of villas with gardens. Within a few minutes' walk are a well-stocked and inexpensive greengrocer, a butcher and a grocery store. Several supermarkets are within a few minutes' drive.

**THE GAY CRUISING CLUB "FABRIK" IS A VERY SHORT DRIVE AWAY**.

Nearby is the i Gigli Shopping Center (with more than 140 stores) for an afternoon of shopping; the Uci Cinema multiplex; and the brand new and very popular Asmana Wellness World.
