This Solognot-style longère, ideally located in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire, will welcome you for a stay with family or friends. It is located in the center of a village with all amenities. The landscaped, wooded and enclosed garden will ensure your peace and quiet. You can enjoy the 4x4m private swimming pool, heated from May to September (fenced + alarm, solar shower), the terrace with deckchairs and the barbecue. Just 200 m from the natural swimming pool and 1.5 km from the Beuvron river.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen, 2 wc, dining room, living room (access to the wooden terrace at the rear of the house), 1 bedroom with 4 single bunk beds, 1 double bed with a single bed above, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom, laundry room.
Upstairs: large mezzanine lounge area (1 double sofa bed), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + shower room and toilet (access to a small terrace), shower room with toilet.
Rental of sheets + towels for the entire gîte: €140. A virtual visit of the house is possible but the site does not accept the link so please contact us and we will send you the hypertext link.
