Just 200 m from the natural swimming pool and 1.5 km from the Beuvron river. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, 2 wc, dining room, living room (access to the wooden terrace at the rear of the house), 1 bedroom with 4 single bunk beds, 1 double bed with a single bed above, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom, laundry room. Upstairs: large mezzanine lounge area (1 double sofa bed), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + shower room and toilet (access to a small terrace), shower room with toilet.
