This cozy studio efficiency is attached to the main home. Has a private entry with a digital door lock and security code. Efficiency has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 full bath. There’s also a wash/dryer inside the unit. Living space has a futon to accommodate 2 more guest. Unit can sleep up to 4 people. Includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, has microwave and coffeemaker. We also provide a stove top burner for you to cook up your favorite dishes. Outside we provide a bbq grill for you to grill up your favorite bbq meals and have a bistro table for you to use.
