Welcome to our home! We'd like to welcome you to the guest room of our recently renovated 95 m2 apartment, located on the 18th (top) floor of a residence in downtown Tourcoing. Enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the surrounding area!
The Tourcoing Centre metro station is just 100 m from the apartment, taking you to Lille in around 30 minutes. Tourcoing station (TGV, Ouigo and TER) is 800 meters away.
You'll have access to your own private room, which can be locked. The room can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom and toilet will be shared with us. You'll have access to the living/dining room and the whole kitchen for cooking. We'll give you a set of keys so you can come and go as you please.
The 12 m2 room is equipped with all the comforts you need for your stay: 140x200cm bed (made before your arrival) with 4 pillows, 32" 1080p LED TV with Chromecast, large desk with 22" monitor (ideal for telecommuting), wifi and Ethernet cable internet connection, closet with hanging space, mirror, bedside lamps, clock radio, column fan, blackout blinds, blackout curtains, etc.
We'll supply you with towels, shampoo and shower gel, as well as tea and coffee pods.
The apartment is located right in the center of Tourcoing, at the entrance to the pedestrian zone. All amenities are less than 5 minutes' walk away: metro, tramway, bus, Auchan and Aldi supermarkets, shopping center, bakeries, shops, cinema, bars, restaurants, Basic Fit, swimming pool, tourist office, post office, market on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, etc.
Car parking in the town center is free, but regulated by a blue zone (1 hour maximum) from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6.30pm. On Sundays and at night, you don't need a parking disc - parking is free. When the blue zone is active, if you want to park for longer in the city center, there's the paid Saint-Christophe parking lot 100 meters away. The nearest free parking lot is 400 meters away (esplanade François Mitterrand).
Check-in times are as follows:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
Check-out times are as follows:
- Monday to Friday, before 09:00 a.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, before 11:00 a.m.
Please note that it is not possible to adapt these times as this is not a "self check-in" apartment. We will welcome you in person after our working day.

We welcome respectful travelers who want to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please take note of the following rules:
A) Booking and access :
- When requesting a reservation, please indicate the context of your stay as well as your estimated arrival and departure times (if possible), so that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions.
- The room can accommodate 2 adults max.
- Only the people mentioned at the time of booking are authorized to enter our premises (no outside visitors).
- Your profile must include a recent photo of the traveler who will be staying with you.
- A copy of your ID may be requested at the time of booking and/or check-in, in accordance with current regulations.
B) Check-in times :
Monday to Friday: 6:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
We welcome guests in person (no independent check-in).
C) Check-out times :
Monday to Friday: before 9:00 am
Saturday and Sunday: before 11:00 am
Keys must be returned in person (no independent departure).
D) Common rules :
- The apartment is non-smoking. The room is equipped with a smoke detector.
- Pets are not allowed.
