Plenty of space to have alone time, nude sunbathing in private enclosed yard, Easygoing host with photo studio in back for shoots with models, trainers, athletes. Kitchen fully equipped, walk in shower plus den with desk and tv.

Working wood fireplace for cozy nights. Cat on property. Workout equipt for a quick pump, trampoline, assault fitness bike.

Mid city heights is 15 minutes to downtown, Beaches, Weho, the Grove or Hollywood.
