In a large apartment in the historic center of Reggio Emilia, we rent a comfortable room with a French bed and TV with Digital Terrestrial Television. Of course we have Wi-Fi and offer breakfast. At guests' disposal we have common spaces: a TV/reading room with Sky and the most popular Streaming platforms and a gym corner with dumbbells and bench. We are a couple of guys who love to travel and socialize and make our city known. The house is located in the Limited Traffic Zone but is easily accessible on foot or by transportation from the Reggio Emilia train stations. For those moving by car, within walking distance, there is both Supervised Covered Parking and Free Uncovered Parking: when booking we will provide you with all possible details. A few meters from the house, in addition to the main squares of the City, there are Restaurants, Pizzerias, Wine Bars and Pubs... everything you need to spend a pleasant evening and try the Enogastronomic Riches of the City. Check-In usually in the Afternoon. With reservations of less than 48/72 hours, the schedule may be less flexible

I stayed now for the third time with Matteo and Giuseppe in their beautiful and centric apartment. Both are perfect hosts and their new coffee maschine is a dream! ☕🥰 I hope to be back with them next year again!

Matteo and Guiseppe are great hosts at a wonderful, stylish and new renovated apartment in and old house in the city center. A fantastic apartment as well as a fantastic city Reggio Emilia! Matteo takes care of all: massage appointment, bike, restaurants. Highly recommended if you would like to have a relaxed atmosphere either a nice, cosy room to sleep for your own.

Matteo and Giuseppe's apartment is located in the heart of the city with the perfect location to explore it on foot. It is a welcoming and well-appointed space where you can relax in maximum comfort and with all the privacy you need. They are extremely kind and helpful and know how to make you feel at home. Highly recommended!
