Welcome to the Rio Grande Men's Zone. This isn't just a room, it's the place where friendships (and maybe a little more 😉) are made. If you're looking for fun, zero judgment and a 100 percent bromance atmosphere, this is your bed.
🛌 The layout (Who sleeps with whom?) The room is ready to accommodate up to 7 kids. You choose how to divide up the territory:
5 Single Beds: For lone wolves or group hunters.
1 Double Bed: The throne of the room. Perfect for those who like to be very comfortable--or for those who have found company for the night. 😈
🚿 Hot & Cold
En-suite bathroom: Total privacy. The bathroom is inside, all to yourself, so you can best prepare before the evening (or recover the next morning).
Air Conditioning: Indispensable for cooling down the "hot spirits" of summer. ❄
🔒 Your secrets are safe We have 6 lockers where you can keep your personal belongings (whatever they may be 😜).
Bring your own lock from home, or you can buy a tactical one right here from us.
🧴 The Shower Kit We provide you with a medium-sized shower towel. Let's say it covers the essentials--we leave the rest to your imagination (or sight, you name it!). If you like to walk around wrapped in max-sized bathrobes, bring them from home!

Here you are in the strategic heart of Versilia: immersed in the greenery and peace of Massarosa, but only a 15-minute drive from the epicenter of Italian LGBTQ+ entertainment and culture. It's the perfect mix for those who want to relax during the day and go wild at night!
🏳🌈 Friendly Versilia: The LGBTQ+ Scene (Torre del Lago) You can't come here without dropping by Torre del Lago Puccini. The famous "Marina" (Viale Europa) is the heartbeat of the community and is super close by.
🏖 By Day (Beach): Head to the free beach Le Dune. It is a historic, wild, beautiful and super gay-friendly beach. Walk through the pine forest and enjoy the sun in total freedom.
🍸 Aperitivo & Pre-evening: The Buddy and Boca on the marina are regular stops. Great cocktails, music and an atmosphere where it's super easy to socialize and make new acquaintances.

Lake Massaciuccoli: Right nearby! Perfect for a romantic stroll on the wooden walkways or to rent a canoe at the LIPU Oasis. At sunset it is magical.
Viareggio: Take a stroll on the Art Nouveau "Promenade," have an ice cream and enjoy some shopping.
Pietrasanta: If you love art and chic aperitifs in the piazza, this medieval village (the "Little Athens") is a must-visit.
🍝 Food Tips: Where to eat well Being in Massarosa, you are in the realm of genuine Tuscan cuisine!
For a typical dinner, look for local trattorias here in Massarosa (ask me and I'll reserve my favorite place for you!) to try the famous tordelli al ragù.
If you are looking for something quick before you go dancing in Torre del Lago, you can find great pizzerias and street food on the marina.

Here are just a few tips for how to best live together and enjoy your vacation: 💦 Pool & Jacuzzi (Ninja Mode at Night) The pool and Jacuzzi are all yours from 06:00 to midnight. Fancy a swim under the stars after midnight? 🌙 No problem, you can come in! We only ask two courtesies for everyone's rest: Maximum silence (shhh... 🤫). No bubbles: please do not turn on the hot tub at night to avoid noise. Just static relaxation! ✨ 🍹 Honesty Bar 2.0 Sudden thirst? The bar is self-service! It works like this: you take what you feel like, scan the QR Code and send me on ******** the list of what you took. 📲 No stress: you'll balance everything conveniently at the end of your vacation. Cheers! 🥂 🚗 Parking & Night Returns We have interior space for 4 cars. If you return late (maybe after a night at Mamamia!) and find the parking lot full, don't panic: there is free public parking just 100 meters from the B&B. Very convenient! 👨🍳 Kitchen & Cleanliness The kitchen is at your disposal! The golden rule here is karma: leave it exactly as you would like to find it. I really enjoyed my stay at B&B Rio Grande. Alfredo does a fantastic job of creating a fun, relaxed and sociable atmosphere, making it easy to meet and connect with other guests. It's peaceful and a great base for exploring Torre del Lago, Viareggio and Lucca. Getting around without a car takes some planning, but buses, trains, taxis and the kindness of other guests make it manageable. I felt very comfortable and at home here and would happily return.

It is a very nice and cozy place. Very relaxing, nice garden. Although the room itself was very hot at times even with the AC on. The location is pretty hard to reach without a car (took me 2.5 hours with trains from Pisa), but if you do have a car, this is the perfect place to have your vacation!

Welcoming and kind host. The property is very comfortable and relaxing even for longer stays. It's like living in the countryside while having the sea and various local attractions just a few minutes away. Highly recommended
