I had a lovely stay with Manolo. The apartment is very clean with easy access to transportation to the city center, as well as a lot of dining possibilities in the neighborhood. Manolo was kind and generous, and we shared enough Italian and English to comunicate without much difficulty. The coffee bar a block away has great pastries. Highly recommend!

I had a very good stay at Manolo's place. His apartment is very pleasant and clean. I was able to improve my Italian by talking often with Manolo, occasionally, and also when I returned from my outings in the city. Manolo is very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the easy contact and kindness. As for the location, the apartment is very easily accessible in just a few minutes by tram 2 from the airport. To get to the city center, you can take the same tram and it takes about 15 minutes. It's convenient.

Great two days in Firenze and mostly thanks to Manolo!! Manolo's appartement was quite clean and location is not far from city center, only 15 min by a little walk with tram. And previously, he informed me well after booking about details i needed to know. His instructions were clear and he was quite helpful for how to organise my daily visits in the city. It s a privilige to have a host who knows all about history of art in a city full of historical art!! Thanks a lot and i highly recommend :)

Manolo has been an excellent host. Very friendly, caring and supportive. His apartment is very clean, the bath is new and modern and there's a tram station in less than five minutes distance. It only takes a few stops to either city center or the airport. Very convenient.
