New single room for rent in a recently built apartment where I usually live. I OFFER LODGING AND BREAKFAST ONLY (I have no ulterior motives);There’s the option to add another bed in the same room. You can relax in a cozy and comfortable room and admire the fantastic sunsets that nature offers us; breakfast is provided at the bar across the street via a voucher; Mirabilandia is just a few kilometers away, Lido di Dante, Ravenna, Forlì, Cesena, Cervia, and Marina di Pesaro; the strategic location allows you to reach any destination with ease. (YOU MAY NOT USE EITHER THE WASHING MACHINE OR THE KITCHEN. ); there’s a large parking lot across from the B&B, and it’s free; the bathroom is shared with me; pets are not allowed; smoking is permitted only on the balcony or outdoors; no noise is allowed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM;check-in is at 5:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM (times may vary); the B&B is located on the provincial road connecting Cesena to Ravenna, at the Cesena Nord highway ******** apartment is equipped with security cameras in both the kitchen and the hallway. Gianluca is a wonderful person and I had a great time. Beautiful and clean place. The only thing is that, since I suffer a lot from the heat, the air conditioning unit is positioned in a way that doesn't cool the bedroom much, and with the heat we've had these days, the room was very warm. But I recommend it to everyone, thank you Gianluca

Very beautiful location, recently renovated house with taste and elegance. Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Gianluca is an excellent host, very kind and helpful from the very first message exchange. It was truly a wonderful stay. I recommend it and I'll return if I happen to be in the area.

I've just returned home and I still carry with me the "positive vibes" accumulated during my stay with Gianluca. The bedroom, and the apartment in general, doesn't have a single detail out of place: impactful, elegant in its essential lines, absolutely functional in every aspect that makes the stay pleasant. Incredible cleanliness, very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with a spacious shower, perfect air conditioning. Gianluca is a wonderful person who can't help but intrigue you at first and then win you over with his sensitivity, courtesy, and generosity in providing all the necessary attention. When saying goodbye, I couldn't help but give him a strong embrace. A stay highly recommended here...I will definitely come back. Pierluigi
