Bright and Quiet Room with Sitting Room in the center of Florence

Paolo's place is beautiful and a perfect location for the city to see pretty much everything by walking distance. It's stylishly decorated, homely and comfortable. Paolo is so kind and friendly and welcomed me so warmly to his home and to Florence. We had some lovely chats and he gave me some tips for the area. He is very hospitable and communicative. Highly reccomend Paolo's place to anyone visiting Florence! Thank you for having me Paolo! :)

Spent 8 days with Paolo who is a wonderful host. He is always available to answer questions, give recommendations, chat and even practice Italian if you want. The place is super clean with a lot of privacy. The location is optimal and easy to get around. I highly recommend this listing.

My stay at Paolo was most enjoyable. His apartment has all that you need. Great room, with your own bathroom. Perfect location for seeing Florence as you can walk to all major location. Great dining in the area and he makes you feel very much at home and his happy with recommendations of things to see and do. Paolo's place is AMAZING!! I had a such comfortable stay at his. The room is so comfy, with AC, a private bathroom/shower, and a reading room just for the guest. The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well there. The location is great!! All the attractions are within walking distance. From the train station, it takes 15 mins walk. But one can also take bus, very convenience. Paolo is very communicative and respectful. I feel very welcomed but also have my own privacy. I highly recommend this place to everyone who's coming to Florence!!

Paolo is a fun host who, despite having language difficulties, has always been able to help me and has a great attitude, which often resulted in very funny situations. His location is (very) central, so everything is just minutes away. The house is spacious (the bedroom too) and the private bathroom makes you feel right at home. Without a doubt, it's a place to stay when visiting Florence.
