The b&b is located in Oltrarno near the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens, the area is the last authentic part of Florence, away from the crowds of tourists but not so far that you can reach the city center in 15 minutes. The room is very cozy, on the ground floor, very quiet even though it is on a side street. The room has double windows, a large bed and a modern bathroom, air conditioning and heating, kettle for hot water, coffee and tea bags, refrigerator in the room, totally separate from the owner's apartment, with free access to the garden during the day and almost in the evening.
During summer breakfast is served in the garden, in winter in the dining room.
Visitor's tax of 6 euros per person per night is not included in the room rate and must be paid ******** at check out
