Your room in Florence b&b

A quiet sanctuary a stones throw from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fabio was accommodating and friendly. Would stay again!

While my stay at Fabio's got cut very short due to a personal emergency my time there was wonderful. The block that Fabio's place is on has lots of wonderful shops (including a Michelin star restaurant) and is a direct line into the city center. It was very easy to get to from the airport via train /bus. Fabio is very communicative and checks in with you. Breakfast in the mornings was a very lovely touch. I wish I had gotten more time to get to know Fabio, he was very attentive and even booked me a early morning cab when I had to leave immediately. I hope to return one day.

Fabio is an excellent host. We were very warmly welcomed, excellent homemade breakfast, the room was comfortable and the location in relation to the center of Florence was perfect. We highly recommend.

Fabio is a very nice guy, always welcoming and in a good mood. The breakfast with strawberries was delicious and much appreciated. He also gives very good advice on places to visit, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The atmosphere is friendly, positive and warm.

Stayed in March 2026 4 nights in the b&b of Fabio. Communication is easy via ********. Fabio is helpful and answers all your questions. The room is clean and everything you need is available. No need to bring anything with you. Breakfast is nice and served in the livingroom. The B&B is easily accessible by public transport. Restaurants and supermarket in the immediate area. City ​​center within a 15-minute walking distance. On Santa The B&B is easily accessible by public transport. On Santo Sprito square lots of bars and restaurants.

Fabio is a wonderful host. The room is nicely appointed and fun. Close to everything !

Wonderful stay in Florence! I had a fantastic time staying at Fabio's place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk to all the main sights, cafes, and shops. Fabio was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local tips that made my visit even better. The space had everything I needed and felt very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florence!

Nice, cosy place to stay, felt genuine. Fabio was very welcoming and quick to answer my questions and solve things. Since it was around 38 degrees when I visited Florence, I appreciated the air-condition in the room. The room is quiet. And since it's on street level, with window grilles it feels a bit cut off from the outside. Which can be nice for privacy, but If you want a window with a view, maybe it's not the place for you. Excellent location, you can walk everywhere. And thank you Fabio for fixing a vegan breakfast!

Truly an excellent experience. Fabio was very kind, the room location is very central, you can move around easily on foot throughout Florence. Everything perfect!
