Francesco is a phenomenal host. He checked in to make sure arriving instructions were clear and that I made it to his place safely and comfortably. He always made me feel at home and even in messages would say "see you at home", which always felt warm. Conversation in the morning was easy and friendly. Would love to stay at his place again and hopefully for longer next time since I only spent one night in Florence.

Nice place to stay. Welcoming and friendly host. We didn't have full control of the AC in our room, so keep that in mind if visiting in a hot month. Easy to get into town on the tram.

My stay in Florence was truly amazing, it turned out to be something quite special. Francesco has a very natural way of hosting, open, authentic, and genuinely welcoming that made everyone feel at home. He created a real sense of community among guests, from cooking, to sharing wine or meeting up in the city for drinks. It's the kind of place where things just happen and at some point you realize you don't feel like a guest anymore. Traveling alone, I didn't expect to feel so quickly at ease, so included. There's a kind of connection here that you don't really plan, it just happens. If you're traveling on your own, this kind of experience can make all the difference!

I have stayed in many B&Bs over the years, and this was far my most memorable. The apartment is comfortable and just as described, but what made my stay so unique was my time with Francesco. He is entirely respectful of his guests' desires for privacy or for company, but since I was traveling alone he provided a lovely evening of company, conversation, and warmth. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay. Francesco has a great sense of humor, on top of being a talented artist in variety of ways. I stayed only one night, but I left feeling as if I had known him much longer. I'm happy to recommend Francesco's home to other travelers.

Francesco is an awesome host. He responded really quickly and the communication for the check-in and the rest was perfect. He welcomed me, showed me the room and spend some time together. The room was clean and tidy, like the pictures showed, and the bed was very comfortable. Francesco gave me some ideas of what to do and where to go according to my tastes and I had a great experience. He is a kind and very interesting guy, I really enjoyed talking with him and sharing experiences.

This was an incredible place to stay, very clean, the room and the bed very comfortable. Easy access to public transportation and places to eat. Francesco is an amazing guy and very chill. Staying at his place made my trip very enjoyable and memorable. It fell more like staying with a friend for couple of days. It was my birthday so we had some sparkling and have a nice conversation. This trip was for me to relax and I achieved the goal. The best place to stay in Firenze no doubt!
