We were very happy to be back in Florence and enjoyed it very much. As for the apartment, location and host, we can only agree with the positive reviews. A parking spot was also always easy to find. Fran is a great artist and a perfect host. Thank you for everything.

I use misterb&b a lot abroad, where it works very well, but I had never used it in Italy before, where the offer is limited and often not of great quality. But in Florence I found Francesco's listing, which intrigued me not only for the beautiful photos of the apartment, but also for the spontaneity of his ad, in which he anticipated exactly what I then experienced. A quiet, clean environment, well connected to the center even if not in the heart of it, that almost acts as a 'hub' for LGBTQ+ travelers. And then there's the host, Francesco, whom I met only the morning after, but with whom an immediate and beautiful connection clicked, which allowed me to appreciate, besides a bright breakfast on the terrace, moments of immediate and very beautiful sharing: we had many things in common that we didn't know we had, and we explored them during a very pleasant morning. Highly recommended! I hope to be his guest again in the future!

Francesco's apartment is very pleasant, the bedroom I occupied was impeccable. Communication was easy. The warm welcome and the moments shared were appreciated.

Francesco was a great and friendly host and this is a very nice apartment to stay in. Don't be worried that it's not in the city center -- Florence is very small, so the tram gets you into the heart of the city in 15 mins, and it comes very frequently all day!

The space was perfect and I loved the location- steps away from a tram that brings you to the main train station in Florence, but most of the time I actually walked up to the Arno River for a scenic walk into the city center. The bedroom was very spacious with a cute balcony, and the entire space was kept clean and beautifully decorated. I can't say enough to how friendly, warm, open, comforting, and even calming Francesco was as a host and a person. He makes you feel so welcome. Incredible stay

I had an excellent time staying with Francesco. The space was clean and room was perfect size. It was very conveniently located to the downtown of Florence, only a 10 minute tram ride to the city center. Francesco was also a very welcoming host, helping to explain the area and space

Francesco was an amazing host. I enjoyed staying in his home and he is enjoyable to talk to. The house is in quiet area and not far to center of town by bus.

When I saw the listing, I thought the guy was pretty bold. But Francesco delivers 100%. Smiling, empathetic, charming, open-minded, etc., he adapts to each host. A wonderful encounter, definitely one to repeat. Bacci

The apartment is a bit out of the way but a direct tram takes you to the station in 20 minutes and to the city center in 30 minutes. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. The room is huge and comfortable. Francesco leaves little thoughtful touches for his guests (panettone...), which is very nice. Since it was Christmas, unfortunately I didn't meet Francesco. The photos are beautiful
