The little house on the track - shared space

A really chic and lovely apartment in an excellent location--an easy walk or bus ride to the historical center of Florence. (I usually took the bus because I was there during a heatwave, but it's an easy 20-minute walk in better weather.) Iacopo was such a welcoming, kind, and friendly host. Easy communication, relaxed atmosphere, recommendations for things to see and eat, and some lovely conversations on the couch. It really did feel like staying with a friend. I hope I can come back some time!

Very cute place! Lacopo is an amazing host and he makes sure that you feel welcomed, giving privacy and good local recommendations. Small place, but with everything you need. Lovely neighborhood that has an authentic feeling and you can walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this place and when I'm back this is the place I'll be staying!

Iacopo is a great relaxed host. You can feel free there like at home and it is very easy to access his apartment. The apartment is small but lovely and have everything you need. Highly recommend if you are in Firenze - you can walk to the city center.

Iacopo's place is really pleasant to live in, in an authentic neighborhood. The small balcony is bathed in the sun in the morning, and in jasmine smell in the evening (at least on May). It's easy to reach downtown just walking a bit. But most of all, Iacopo has been very nice, and helpful all along! He really cares about your stay, with good advice. It's like being with a friend! My holidays in Firenze would have certainly not been as joyful without his presence. Thank you again for everything!

A perfect place, clean, private and central (bus connected to the city) there is peace and a sense of home, Iacopo is a great host without a doubt I would return!

Staying at Iacopo's was awesome! He's a great host and I couldn't hope for a better stay. His recommendations were great and the communication was easy. It made me feel like we knew each other as soon as I arrived. The place is great and at walking distance of the centre. From start to finish, Iacopo was great to communicate with. He is warm, friendly and very attentive. His place is cosy and I felt instantly comfortable. Iacopo made some great recommendations for me to do when I visited Florence for two days and we hung out in the evenings to chat and eat. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a similar relaxing and welcoming experience in a clean and quirky space. Next time I'm in Florence, this is where I'd like to stay.

Iacopo is an exceptional host! Smart, cool, tidy, generous and thoughtful. He goes really an extra mile. We had an amazing evening and he offered the best Risotto in town and a great wine from Tuscany. Also the coffee in morning was excellent. His flat is something extra and the close by train tracks gives it an extra touch. I will be back and don't miss this when in Florenz. You can't find a better place. See you soon Iacopo! The apartment is very nice, clean and convenient for public transport. Iacopo is a fantastic host. Very friendly, polite, helpful, welcoming. He made me feel at home. I recommend him. I hope to return soon.
