Just a few steps from the beautiful Piazza della Libertà and about a 15-minute walk from the center of Florence, the apartment is a lovely studio apartment of about 35 square meters, perfect for enjoying all the beauties of the city in a quiet and well-connected area. Intimate and cozy, equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay. A detail not to be overlooked is the proximity to the train platform, which usually does not run from midnight to 6 a.m.
Guests will share the apartment with me; it is a studio apartment. Your double bed is on a loft, which is open on two sides, so although it creates two partially separate spaces, it cannot be called private. I will sleep on the couch downstairs, but I will often not be at home. Use of the bathroom is shared.
You will love everything about the Little House on the Track, from the fine furnishings to the functional kitchen, the large sofa, and the skylight in the sleeping area from which you can admire the moon, the stars. You will especially like the quaint terrace with plants and flowers. A cool and relaxing corner where you can sunbathe throughout the morning.
In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, guests can enjoy the whole house, watch TV in the living room on the comfortable sofa or relax reading on the balcony.
The house has Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you'd like, we can watch a movie together, have a glass of wine, or take a walk to illustrate my favorite parts of the city.
