Help me save money to buy a small farm. I am renting out the extra room in my simple apartment in Exeter. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, clean air, and peaceful environment. Close to national parks. Clothing optional in all of the house and balcony. Host can be clothed or nude at all times, depending on your preference. I also work on citrus farms so I can have fresh mandarins and oranges, all you can eat.

Lead a busy life with lots of city noise? This property is a bastion for the weary and a great base to go explore the Sequoias for the day(s). With little to no light pollution, it's great for stargazing. Weather a bit warm? Lose a layer or 2, the back porch is private, no noise, no cares, no better way to unplug and relax. Michael was a sweet host. I had a great time just cracking open some brews with him and taking in the scenery, I would stay here again.

Fantastic host. I needed to relax, destress, and have a change of scenery, and his place was spectacular. The view from the property is amazing. Michael is very chill, and great to hang out with. His low key demeanor and great taste in music come in handy when looking at the blue oaks on the hills. Great place to stay!

Perfect home base for exploring Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park! The home is in an idyllic setting, peaceful and spacious. I enjoyed evenings enjoying the rural views and conversing with the host after exploring the national park. Communication with the host is easy, and he made my stay so comfortable. I would love to come back!
