Beautiful and cozy fully equipped apartment close to downtown

Our apartment is an incredible place that little by little we have been conditioning to our liking. That makes it special. Every detail has been thought of.

In general it is a spacious, bright, comfortable, airy and well located place. Although it is close to the IH35 it is a quiet and relaxed place. We are surrounded by nature but also by different gyms, supermarkets and restaurants. From here, 15 minutes to downtown.

It has one bedroom that is equipped with a queen size bed, 65" tv with audio system included. One bathroom with tub and two sinks.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need: electric stove, microwave, airfyer, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. It is complemented by a dining room with 4 seats where you can enjoy breakfast while watching the scenery outside.

In our living room you can watch your favorite series or TV shows in high quality on a giant 70'' TV with an incredible audio system, or you can also have fun playing with a video game console that we have provided for the enjoyment of our guests.

We also have a balcony with an exquisite view for nature lovers.
